Premium Jasmine green tea offers a delicate aroma and perfect balance. Ideal for preparing iced tea or fruity Bubble Tea.

How to brew tea?

1. Heat 2.5 L of water to 80°C in a saucepan.
2. Add 50 g of tea leaves in hot water, then cover with a lid.
3. Let steep for 6 minutes (adjust to your preference).
4. Carefully filter out the tea leaves. Pour the infusion into a thermos.
5. Add 1 kg of ice cubes to the thermos.
6. It's ready!

Why brew with hot water?

Hot infusion allows the active ingredients of the tea to be fully extracted:

• Flavors and aromas : Heat releases subtle aromas and characteristic molecules.
• Benefits : It guarantees optimal extraction of the nutrients present in the tea leaves.

Conservation

Tea should be stored in a cool, dry place. It should be kept away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Once prepared, your tea should be consumed within 24 hours. Beyond this, the tea oxidizes and loses quality.
