How to use tea bags?

COLD version

1. Heat 1.5 L of water to 90°C in a saucepan.
2. Place a 50g sachet in hot water and cover with a lid.
3. Let steep for 15 minutes (adjust to your preference).
4. Carefully remove the bag without squeezing it, then discard it. Pour the infusion into a thermos.
5. Add 1 kg of ice cubes to the thermos.
6. It's ready!

HOT version

1. Heat 2.5 L of water to 90°C in a saucepan.
2. Place a 50g sachet in hot water and cover with a lid.
3. Let steep for 15 minutes (adjust to your preference).
4. Carefully remove the bag without squeezing it, then discard it. Pour the infusion into a thermos.
   
5. It's ready!
