Earl Grey tea is enhanced by a star ingredient : fresh, subtle bergamot, the result of a fabulous cross between a lime and a bitter orange. Ideal for making iced tea or Bubble Tea with milk. 

Each bag contains 20 x 50g teabags, resulting in a total of 1kg.

Convenient Packaging:
Each 50g teabag brews 2.2L of infused tea, ideal for large-scale consumption.

How to Use the Tea Bags:

COLD VERSION

1. Heat 1.5 L of water to 90°C in a saucepan.
2. Place a 50 g sachet in the hot water, then cover with a lid.
3. Let it steep for 15 minutes (adjust according to your preference).
4. Gently remove the sachet without squeezing it, then discard it. Pour the infusion into a thermos.
5. Add 750 kg of ice cubes to the thermos.
6. It’s ready!

HOT VERSION

1. Heat 2.2 L of water to 90°C in a saucepan.
2. Place a 50 g sachet in the hot water, then cover with a lid.
3. Let it steep for 15 minutes (adjust according to your preference).
4. Gently remove the sachet without squeezing it, then discard it. Pour the infusion into a thermos.
5. It’s ready!

Why Brew with Hot Water?
Hot infusion fully extracts the active components of the tea:

• Flavors and Aromas: Heat releases the subtle fragrances and signature molecules.
• Benefits: Ensures optimal extraction of nutrients present in the tea leaves.

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place, well-sealed, and away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Once prepared, consume the tea within 24 hours. Beyond this period, the tea oxidizes and loses quality.
