Jelly Powder is a white powder that will allow you to make the jellies of your choice using the syrups you have. A simple and quick preparation.

How to prepare the powder?

For the dosage: 1g of powder, 0.5g of sugar (preferably brown) and 10g of water. The quantity of your syrup is equivalent to ⅓ of your powder (approximately 0.3g).

1. Boil the hot water

2. Pour the desired amount into a bowl

3. add the powder and sugar then mix

4. Add the syrup then mix

5. remove bubbles on the surface

6. pour the mixture into the mold

7. Let it cool

8. Put the mixture in the fridge for 2-3 hours. It's ready!
